Who makes all the products?

Every Verenice piece is handmade by me- Verónica, founder and designer of the brand.

I am the creative mind behind Verenice: from designing and pattern cutting, to sewing each piece by hand, to creating all of our social content. I graduated in Fashion Design and specialised in Footwear & Accessories, which is also my day-to-day profession.

So when you shop with Verenice, you can trust that your bouquet bags and scrunchies are crafted with skill, care, and a deep love for thoughtful design.

Where do your fabrics come from?

I carefully source fabrics from deadstock collections from UK suppliers, alongside beautiful fabrics I’ve collected over time for previous creative projects.

Occasionally, if I discover a fabric I truly love, I may create a small capsule collection around it.

The goal is always the same: low impact, high quality, and full of charm.

How should I care for my Verenice pieces?

Treat your Verenice pieces with the same love they were made with.

A gentle hand wash in cool water and air drying is best. Please avoid tumble drying, as heat can damage delicate ruffles, laces, and fabric textures.

A little care goes a long way.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I keep a small selection of pieces ready to ship, but most Verenice items are made to order.

I believe in slow, thoughtful, eco-conscious fashion — which means your piece is made freshly and exclusively for you.

Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be handmade and dispatched.
For UK orders, usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes -Verenice ships worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Wherever you are, I’d be delighted to send a little piece of Verenice your way.

Why are your pieces made to order?

At Verenice, I believe in slow fashion and mindful making.

Producing in small batches-or making pieces to order- helps avoid unnecessary waste, overproduction, and excess stock. It allows every item to feel special, intentional, and beautifully made just for you.

It’s better for the planet, and better for the piece you receive.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As every Verenice piece is made especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or falls below our standards, please get in touch- I will always do my best to make it right, with great care.

Do you offer sales or discounts?

At the moment, no- and that’s intentional.

Traditional sales often encourage overproduction and unnecessary waste. At Verenice, each piece is fairly priced to reflect the craftsmanship, quality materials, and care that go into making it.

When you shop small, you’re supporting passion, artistry, and thoughtful production- not inflated mark-ups.
